I think GH made a terrible mistake letting Sarah Brown go. I feel like they made her a bit too slutty and vicious during her time on the show. When they allowed her softer side to show, it was great. A more even balance would have created a better love/hate villian.
Sarah brought as we know, Carly as a forever person on GH and she could have done the same with Claudia.
The best part for Claudia is now coming. Ex: pulling the gun out in Puerto Rico, a birthday party for her and somehow showing her bad side just as Sonny has but them as a team. It would have been remarkable.
However we do not know the powers that be and money may have been the reason she is leaving. So much more could have been done with her with the relationships with Claudia.
Also, what is this that they are turning Jason into this angry, feeling and different person. He is not the Jason we know and love. He used to seem effortless and now he pushes and pushes. It is unbecoming and I don't care for it. It was hard enough to deal with Sonny and his double talk and actions and anger. I always was so enthralled with Sonny but he became too dark. Claudia and him could have brought that up a notch and become a formidable team of tender and dark.
GH, I believe you missed it unless we are not privey to contract negotiations and nothing else could be done. The best with the character just began as I said. So long to great possibilites. And no, Liz and Nicholas is a bad idea. She ends up looking like she gets with every man that is broken hearted, can't control herself and then has a baby with them. It takes away from her character.
