Pam is the fiery Stephanie Forrester's sister. For a long time she lived back in Illinois, where their family is from. She came to Los Angeles and became involved with Forrester Creations. Recently, she designed a very successful line of crocheted bikinis called "Paminis." She was then arrested (falsely) for trying to kill Rick after he fired her.
