Oh, nothing much. She just got shot accidentally by her brother, Storm, who then killed himself so she could have his heart transplanted into her chest. Ever since, it's hardly seemed to matter that Katie spent decades living in the shadow of her glamorous older sisters, man magnets Brooke and Donna. And it would be silly of her to focus on past letdowns by the likes of Rocco Carner -- he had silly hair, anyway -- or even her own dad, Stephen. Katie got a second chance. But what to do, what to do with it?
