Personal: Sophia's no stranger to the spotlight: Her parents are both photographers. Any guesses who their favorite subject is? When Sophia was a senior in high school, she tried out for and was crowned the Tournament of Roses Parade Queen. So, if you think you've seen her sitting on a float made of flowers, waving, you're right. After high school, Sophia studied journalism at the University of Southern California. In 2005, she married "One Tree Hill" co-star Chad Michael Murray, but they split up the following year.

Professional: Sophia started acting in 2002 with her big-screen debut in "Van Wilder." Before she could even finish college, she landed the role of Brooke Davis in "One Tree Hill" and became a household name. She's also been in such films as the teen fave "John Tucker Must Die" and the horror flicks "Stay Alive" and "The Hitcher." She's won three Teen Choice Awards for her movie work, so the scary stuff seems to suit her -- although we'd love to see her in a rom-com.

Did You Know? Sophia hasn't given up her journalism dreams. When she's not busy in front of the camera, she works as an assignment editor for USC's Annenberg TV News.
