The good folks of Llanview, PA, really put the fun in "dysfunctional" on One Life to Live. Multiple Emmy winner Erika Slezak portrays the town matriarch, Viki Lord Davidson, who's constantly at odds with longtime nemesis Dorian (Robin Strasser). Baby-switching, multiple personalities, and strong family ties are all the name of the game on OLTL.

Tika -- a childhood nickname given to her by her grandmother -- was born Euphemia Latique Sumpter. She has three brothers and three sisters, who are all involved in music. Tika lives in New York City, and her favorite foods are macaroni and cheese, candied yams, and banana pancakes. (So how does she stay so thin? Short answer: She also loves playing volleyball, dancing, and aerobics.)
When Tika was a 17-year-old cocktail waitress at the NYC hotspot Life, the club's owner encouraged her to become an actress. But first she found work as a model, appearing in TV spots for Hewlett-Packard, Cascade, Lowe's, and Liz Claiborne's Curve fragrance, as well as an anti-smoking ad and an AIDS awareness campaign (with Common, the rapper). Her distinctive, husky voice also made her a natural for voiceover work.
In 2005, Tika made her TV debut as a co-host of the N network's Best Friend's Date, but her big break came that same year, when she debuted on One Life to Live as ambitious, fun-loving, yet dependable Layla Williamson. She's since made a guest appearance on Law & Order: SVU. Tika can also be heard singing on the ABC soap-star-studded One Life, Many Voices and Love Affair CDs.
Back in 2001, Tika was the singer (and Marcella "Precise" Bradford was the rapper) in a group called Twise -- get it? -- that released just one single (Uh-Uhh). Now, Tika is signed to the Divine Mills label, which is owned by KG of Naughty by Nature.
