When not on set, Austin plays the drums and enjoys playing sports, cards and videogames with his friends. He currently attends school and resides in the NYC metro area with his parents, grandparents, sister and dog. He hopes that he can be an actor forever, and someday would also like to write and direct a movie of his own. Austin Williams joined the cast of "One Life to Live" in October 2007 in the role of Shane Morasco. Austin's acting career began at the age of 8, when Robert DeNiro chose him play a young Matt Damon in the feature film, "The Good Shepherd."

At 9, he landed his first leading role as Henry Clayton in "Michael Clayton," playing George Clooney's precocious son. His performance in the Oscar nominated film was praised by many critics including Roger Ebert, and in the Newsday article "2007 in Movies: The Heartbreak Kids." He earned a Young Actor's Award nomination for "Best Performance in a Feature Film - Young Actor Age Ten or Younger" for his portrayal of Henry. By the age of 10, Austin had completed several more feature film leading roles, including a fun stint as a bully to Elle Fanning in "Phoebe in Wonderland," which premiered at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival. He has also enjoyed portraying the evil twin of his real life younger sister Amber Joy Williams in "Home Movie." The film also starred Adrian Pasdar and Cady McClain (of "All My Children" fame) and premiered on the film festival circuit in 2008. efore turning 11 years old, Austin landed his first roles in both primetime and daytime TV.

In October 2007 when he first began appearing on "One Life to Live," he also filmed a dramatic role for an episode of "Law & Order" entitled "Angelwood." He can also be seen in the 2009 season of "Rescue Me."
