In a Word: Rafe and Arianna’s little sis, Gabi, lands in Salem! Plus, Brady plays Nicole’s fool again and Melanie kisses Philip.

The Action: Rafe fills Arianna in on Nicole’s arrest, seemingly unaware they’re being watched. But as he leaves the pub, he unmasks the mysterious watcher as Gabi -- he and Arianna’s little sister. Gabi claims their mother sent her because she’s worried about Rafe and Arianna. She plans only to stay through the holidays.

Gabi quickly senses that Arianna’s not thrilled by the prospect of having her around. Later, Gabi tells Rafe how much she’s missed him. Rafe brings Gabi up to speed on Arianna’s boyfriend and Gabi wonders if he knows she was in prison. She’d hate to see her big sis hurt again.

Nicole steels herself, thinking that Brady’s come to confront her for what she’s done. She soon realizes that Brady doesn’t know she’s in jail for stealing Sami’s baby. Nicole’s certainly not going to tell him the truth and, instead, convinces Brady to post her bail. Once Nicole’s free, she sets off to find Sydney. Meanwhile, Brady tells Arianna about paying Nicole’s bail and she blasts him, saying he must be out of his mind.
