All My Children
For 41 years, All My Children entertained audiences and brought gripping drama to daytime TV. The town of Pine Valley, PA -- including its most famous resident, Erica Kane (Susan Lucci) -- sees its fair share of scandalous hookups, feuds, and even murder. Along with its handling of social issues, AMC has also been known for its particular sense of humor and intelligent brand of satire.

Adam Mayfield joined the cast of All My Children in April 2009 as Scott Chandler.
Since 2000 Adam has made guest appearances on TV shows like Boston Public, Just Shoot Me!, The Hughleys, and most recently Girlfriends. Adam has also appeared in several indie films, such as Sea of Fear in 2006, Corpse Run in 2008, and Rushin' in 2009.
Adam grew up in Texas. This is his first major television role.
Adam once worked as a mechanical bull operator.

the new scott is not the new scott....adam mayfield was the new scott...this is the original scott, and i am glad that he is back....of course the old marissa had to go to....two very different scotts, after all.
I don't mind Daniel Cosgrove as the new Scott but I got attached to Adam Mayfield. Anyone know where he went?
what happen to damon? he had 2 jobs. and trying to right.
Damon got a scholorship to a law school in california and i guess he wanted to get right on it to get away from colby after he hurt her so much and EVERYONE in town found out about it.They never really showed Damon going away just he and tad talking about the acceptance letter then poof Damon is gone

What is wrong with Amanda? Can anyone really be that stupid. David makes me sick, I almost always mute him anymore. It is getting harder and harder to keep from muting her when she talks about David. Loved Tad and Crystil together, not Liza

A bunch of my friends and I ran into Adam at Viand's Cafe in Manhattan on Tuesday night. We had just come from an Il Divo concert and went there to grab a bite to eat.
He was sitting with his girlfriend at a nearby table. One of my friends said to me that he looked like Scott Chandler. I told her to go ask him. He teased her for a little bit before admitting that he was "Scott".
I want to thank him for being so nice to us! He willingly posed for pictures and gave us autographs as well as chatting with us. His girlfriend was equally as gracious to his adoring fans. Meeting them was the cherry on the NY sundae experience!

For this to be his "first" acting appearance, I think he is great!!! Don't cut him from the show. Work him into a new story line. His personality really comes through! He's awesome!!!
