Help

1. What's new on SOAPnet.com?
This year we've added tons of great new content to our site in addition to everything you're used to seeing. For a detailed overview of what's new check out our SOAPnet redesign video -- but keep coming back. We're adding new stuff all the time.

2. Where can I view the SOAPnet schedule?
Visit our Schedule Page or check local listings. You can also visit our site's Shows section to find out more about programming and airtimes for all the shows we cover.

3. Where can I send fan mail to your stars?
Send all your fan letters to SOAPnet, 500 South Buena Vista St., Burbank, CA 91521-6078. Clearly indicate the show's name and actor or actress on the outside of the envelope. We cannot promise your correspondence will get a response, but we will make every effort to ensure it reaches the intended recipient.

4. How do your sweepstakes and contests work?
You can read all about our sweepstakes and contests in their respective rules sections. For additional unanswered questions, send your inquiry to the sweepstakes administrator listed in the rules section.

5. What's new about the video on this site?
For starters, there's more of it, including our exclusive webisodes "Camera Ready," and "Night Shift: Claire & Kyle." And our new video player is cooler than ever with more clips and features. You can now embed our clips on your blog or site, share them via email, or bookmark our videos on Facebook, digg, or del.icio.us. One of our favorite new features is the index page where all available videos are just one click away.

6. Where can I watch full episodes of SOAPnet shows?
Stay tuned! We plan to launch SOAPnet full-length show episodes on our site soon. In the meantime, check with your Internet Service Provider to see if it offers SOAPnetic, an online video player where you can watch episodes of SOAPnet favorites, such as "General Hopsital: Night Shift" online commercial-free.

7. Can I view SOAPnet on my iPhone?
Yes! SOAPnet recently launched an iPhone optimized browser. Just type iphone.soapnet.com to visit our site.

8. Do you offer mobile alerts for your programming?
We have mobile alerts for several of the shows we cover, including "All My Children," "General Hospital," and "One Life to Live." Sign up to receive recaps, polls, and reminders for all your faves. Visit our mobile page for more details.
