One Life to Live's Cristian Vega is the definition of a stand-up guy. And who doesn't love that in a guy? The recent storyline involving Evangeline and pulling the plug was made all the more heartbreaking because of Cris's manly tears falling down his gorgeous face.

Because, yes, even during an emotionally wrenching scene, we can't help but notice that Cristian is a total hottie. And as played by David Fumero, he's been a total hottie for a lot of years.
