Please take Ryan off the show. Just as he sucked on Dancing with the Stars, he sucks as actor and is not that handsome. He and Greenlee is a boring couple so please do not put them together again on the show. AMC you let all the good actors and actress go to other shows and you leave the crappie one on the show. Is it a wonder why your ratings are slipping?

Really SoapNet, really?? I know for a fact TIIC over at ABC/AMC have no clue how much this character is truly hated, but I thought maybe you guys had a half a brain with all the negativity thrown his way.

So listen up . . . there is NOTHING sexy, heroic, white knightish about Ryan Freakin' Lavery. NOTHING!! Stop trying to pimp this guy. Just STOP already. I can't take it anymore and hell, I haven't watch a day of AMC since the day Zach Slater said goodbye. And yet I still can't get away from this guy.

Ryan is ok. He is sexy. But the winner of sex is Zach.Maybe Marty from oltl can join amc so that he can stay on the show. Why can't she play zach ex love or something. She's doing nothing on oltl anyway. I stopped watching amc when Zach left.

Given what I've just read, I think SN should reassess their weekly crush nominees, lol.

AMC/ABCD wake up!!! Bring back TK/Zach and put Cam/Ryan somewhere in the background if you need to keep him around. Cam may be a nice guy, but Ryan is one of the most pathetic characters on the show. He is not a romantic lead nor any type of hero and writing dialogue calling him a "white knight" isn't brainwashing anyone in an audience comprised mostly of women, to believe it. The history of this character is that of a fickle, abusive, self absorbed, sanctimonious jerk. Women characters paired with Ryan are blanded down to stepford wife status, most recently Erica, Annie and Madison. I resent that a character like Ryan is hailed by AMC writers as some sort gift to women, when in actuality he is a woman's worst nightmare.

I suppose you think that if you keep telling us over and over that we the fans love Ryan Lavery, we will come to believe it. Wrong! How many of these items and comments do you have to have before you get a clue that at least 90% of the audience hates this character. And I don't mean love to hate as in Adam Chandler. I mean HATE. And yet not only do you keep him on the show, but you present him as the romantic lead, the hero, the star--second only to Susan Lucci. He's not a star, he's not a romantic lead, he's not a hero. I don't see how any soap can hope to do well in the ratings when its male lead is despised. Well, the proof is in the ratings--Ryan is not the only reason but he' s big part of the problem. What part of 'we can't stand Ryan' have you not understood the last umpteen times you have tried to shove him down our throats with these ludicrous articles. Weekly crush???? I think not.

Ryan sucks. Can't stand his character anymore. He's always in somebody's face - Annie, David, etc. The pairing with Erica was nauseating. No chemistry and as phoney as can be. Please get rid of Erica and Ryan; they're useless in AMC.

I love the new Emma, but I loved the other one too. Great little actresses.

I love Annie and love David. They would make a great team. I'm sick of the others - Krystal, Melissa (boring), like Caleb, Scott, Greenlee - so-so.

Hope the writers come up with better storylines or this is another soap that will bite the dust.

Were y'all sober when you wrote this? Granted, pickings are slim in the male department, almost nonexistent since Zach left, but a crush on Ryan? Hell, Billy Clyde Tuggle evoked more of a crush. And isn't there some law against libel or soemthing? Writing thnigs that arn't true, shame on you Soapnet!

Thank you for the laugh. I had to look twice to make sure I read this correctly. Ryan is a joke, a monster, and one of the mysteries of the century - that mystery being "why is this useless, waste of space still on AMC? Hate, hate, hate him. And if Kendall comes back just to prop this piece of crap, I hope she takes the next yacht out of PV.
