You don't need a pop-culture-peppered missive from a snappy chick named after a roman goddess to know that teen pregnancy is the holy grail of dramatic entertainment. And, apparently, neither do TV writers.

E!'s Watch With Kristin reports that the brain trust at "90210" is readying a surprise pregnancy storyline. No definite word on who the lucky lady will be, but they claim "it is someone who's already been having quite a rough time this season." Which excludes … no one! Still, for extra drama's sake, we're going to pray it's Adrianna.

Meanwhile, "One Tree Hill" -- a show essentially based on teenage pregnancy (we still aren't sure how Dan knocked up both Karen and Deb in such quick succession, yet with such different results) -- is heading back to the baby well. E! is hearing that happy couple Peyton and Lucas will be expecting -- but there'll be bumps along the way. Uh oh. Could this have to do with the newly-arrived blast-from-Peyton's-past, producer Julian?
