On last week's "One Tree Hill" premiere, summer's burning "Who did Lucas call?" question was finally answered: Peyton, of course! The two ditched their emotional baggage for totes of a more literal variety, headed to Vegas to get married and -- after learning that it's called Sin City for a reason -- ended up settling for a super romantic engagement instead.

It was great. But ... will it last?

EW.com reports that "John from Cincinnati" star Austin Nichols is coming to Tree Hill to shake things up. The actor has been cast as an independent movie producer interested in filming Luke's book (of course; nothing but success for these kids, right?). But where do producers come from, kiddos? Los Angeles. And where was Peyton in that time off from Lucas? Yup. L.A. Sounds like she and the producer have a past.

Cue the Chad Michael Murray all-purpose acting wince-face, form of: romantic disappointment.
