Tristan Rogers Cast on Y&R
Been missing the thrilling exploits of General Hospital's Robert Scorpio? Well ... we can't fix that. We CAN however fill you in on some awesome news about actor Tristan Rogers -- he's been cast on The Young and the Restless!
Ever cheeky, Tristan tweeted today: "I want to welcome the latest member to the cast of Young and the Restless............me." And TV Guide confirmed the news -- a rep for the show told them the actor will play "a mysterious and charming stranger named Colin who comes to Genoa City with a dark secret and a threatening agenda."
Hmm. Mysterious and dark stranger plus Australian actor? Sounds like Paul Leyden is getting some company in the cow mafia!
TV Guide reports that Tristan's first day shooting is October 27th, and his first air date is December 8th. It's an early Christmas for soap fans!

Good news for Y&R, bad news for GH, GH snoozed and lost! What a waste! He was a matriarch of GH, but atleast the actor now has a job, which is good for him. GH's lose is Y&R's gain, they are lucky to have him, I'd rather have him back on then Brenda!
I would like to see Tristan Rogers on GH as Robin's father to help find his granddaughter Emma. It would be sweet if he could KILL LISA for putting his daughter's family through hell. If GH wants him back,you know what you need to do. In the mean time he needs a job even if it means Y and R.
Jill needs a charming man. If he is for Jill, I'm excited!

Since Robert nor Anna was there to help Robin through HIV & missing her entire pre & teenage years – the least one of them could do is show up when Emma goes missing again and help as Robin is being gas-lighted by crazy Lisa… GH get with it. You build up family units then for budget reasons you send off parents never to be seen again. (I.e.: Felicia & Bobbie) I guess at some point Carly and Jax will disappear and Morgan will raise Joshlin.
WELL as long as G.H. doesn't want him back while he's doing this gig {ya know w/ Emma,his granddaughter, gettin kidnapped} then I'm okay w/ it!! But if G.H. DOES want him back then I'll be upset IF he can't!
I have been waiting for him & Robins mother to show up in Genoa City to help their daughter with Lisa.
