Get 'em while they're hot! Alexander McQueen puts hot lips at the forefront of fashion.

Paris Fashion Week has just come to a magnificent close -- and the collections have been awe-inspiring. Some complained that designers in New York, Milan, and Paris were getting a little too conservative out of fear that wilder, visionary clothing concepts would be a tough sell in this economy.

However, one designer decided that now was the time to go BIG and really wow the fashion world. That person is Alexander McQueen, who displayed his fashion wares on a runway covered in broken mirrors and piled high with the destroyed remnants of previous shows. "I think it's dangerous to play it safe because you will just get lost in the midst of cashmere twin sets. People don't want to see clothes. They want to see something that fuels the imagination," he said.

According to the New York Times, the "excellent" collection was the "talk of Paris" and was "the most ambitious show of the season." The looks included enormous ball gowns in reds and blacks, black and white houndstooth skirts that recalled Dior's New Look, and stunning Phillip Treacy hats made of garbage bags, lampshades, and umbrellas. But in this miraculous sea of style, we are most fascinated by the makeup that had models sporting painted lips that made them look like psychotic circus clowns on acid. That got us to thinking about all the other "Hot Lips" out there in the world just waiting for their time to shine. Angelina Jolie and her bizarro doppelganger Nadya "Octomom" Suleman are making sure that lips are always in the news, but they aren't the only ones with gorgeous mouths.
