What is happening to Y&R?! The story lines are so weak, plus it is ridiculous to have people marrying only to have a breakup ensue within days. I would think fans would appreciate a touch of stability in their soap characters and let us have a reprieve of happiness for a time, instead of the constant upending turmoil. We watch soaps as an escape from the day to day struggles and don't care to watch quite so much petty and shallow script shifting and meaningless love scenarios that spit in the face of romance. I have watched Y&R since the 80's and it seems to be drastically going downhill. When are the writers going to get a clue? Are they writers? Really? A sad lacking in the creativity dept.. Victor and Sharon together is repulsive, as is Nikki running after Victor. Get rid of Carmine, Cricket, Lily and the ever arrogant Neil. I would like to see more of Murphy, let Adam and Chelsea be happy, please let Jack be happy, get Ashley back...and more visits from Tracy, get rid of Sharon, dump the reality show idea (which is ultra weak and unbelievable) and get the dullards of the Genoa City police dept. to actually look at Ricki's computer, which would have been one of the first things checked out in reality. But maybe this is the plan of CBS' upper management to destroy the show so they can follow ABC's obliteration of the soap opera. After all, don't we all need just one or two more insipid talk shows to watch instead?...oh, goodie.....(note the sarcasm please). Y&R would be better off letting fans write the show!

If Victor came back and ask Nikki to marry him for the 100th time she'd drop Jack like a bad habit.

And if Jack or Nick ask Sharon to marry him again she'd get out of her marriage to Victor

Debbi Morgan is and always has been a great actress. She got an Emmy for her role as Dr. Angie Hubbard yrs ago and I say she's due for another.

I've always loved her from the time she was on Good Times, What's Happening and other t.v. shows and movies.

She and Neil might not be what people want but I think til Dru returns she's good for him

OMG Sharon is truly a pain in the u know what. I hope what Victor is doing is testing her to see if he can trust her and comes back and tell her to get out of his house and his life and she's left with nothing but the clothes on her back.

Everything you said about Phyllis I agree 110% she needs to get whats coming to her I don't care how many yrs it's been.

She does look down her nose at everyone but she thinks she can get away with whatever. I hope Nick comes to his sense and get away from her and that her kids want nothing to do with her

I used to like sharon but she is really becoming a hoe. shes sleeping with every male in the newman family. she gots to realize that she will never replace nikki in victor's life. Im glad nikki caught sharon destoying the prenup hopefully something will come out of that. victor needs to show back up in genoa city and find out bout that kiss between sharon and tucker. things are heating up in genoa city. whats going to happen next?

Phyillis gets on my nerve. she is so uppity. she looks at everybody else who does wrong and want to go after them; but when it comes to her dirty deeds she wants to cover it up. Nick needs to leave her. summer needs to find out what her mom did. eden needs to hurry up and remember what happened between herself, ricky, and paul so paul can go free. I have a problem with michael and lauren. lauren claims to be a long time friends of paul. why havent she come forward and told the police that the gun the paul used to kill ricky was hers? why michael is covering up for his wife once again?

I dont understand why is everyone dissing Debbie Morgan she is a great actress they just gave her this awful role. Sharon and Nicki are acting very childish there always fighting about stupid stuff. Nick and Sharon are the world's worst parents they are never with Faith. Ashley sould had kept her. I dont see why the writers made Jeffery Cleasea's Dad was it to make her more irreverent. I don't see after all the things Adam has pull he always come out smelling like a rose.

One more thing...Kyle is an idiot!! I don't like him and he needs to go back to Sweden or wherever he was at during his sudden growth spurt. I find it funny how he aged dramatically but the rest of the cast never did, especially the younger characters. He and Eden? Really? Shouldn't he find someone his own age? LOL
