I agree totally with stormy_one48. Daniel only wanted what is best for Lucy. Yesterday the judge took away all of Daisys parental rights. In the real world she would not get them back because of being a fugitive. She don't want Lucy anyway she just wants to stay out of jail. Phyllis has no rights. She didn't raise Daniel and does not take care of Summer. She just has to stick her nose in every one elses business. I hope everybody turns there back on her. Lucy needs to stay with Billy & Victoria where she will have a stable home and be loved. If it wasn't for Newman money Phyllis would have nothing.
The Cain & Lilly story needs to end. It has gone on long enough. I just wonder if Lilly will forgive him for what he has done. Why has she not found the letter he left? Did the writers think we would forget about that. It has been months since it flew behind the desk. Guess Lilly doesn't clean very often. I know Cain was trying to save his children, but he should have been honest with Lilly. He has put her through alot.

I love Young and the Restless, but sometime the story lines can be so far fetch. Daisy coming back to insist on her partenal rights. She a fugtive ! How can her right be restored when she doesn't have any right in the first place. Once you go on the run from the law you have no rights in regular soceity. Has for Pyhillis she better watch her back once Victor finds out she brought Daisy back to get the baby from Victoria. All of the Newman money she is using to defend Daisy will dry up quicker than a Bounty paper towel. The Sharon story line ii'm very tried of that all together. Stop with the best mom in the world crap. If she cared anything about Faith and Noah she wouldn't have ran. To me she no better then Daisy. Summer will be back real soon, and she will be about 15 or 16, they grow up fast on the soaps ( remember. )It's time for Phyllis and Nick to get into a custody battle when Summer starts reeking havoc all over Genoa City, and she won't have any friends by her side. How the heck can Daisy just come back like that and not be arrested? It is totally unbelievable :) The thing that really makes me smile is Jack and his obsession for Jabo. He visits Ashley in jail and the only thing on his mind is Jabo? I would have slapped his butt if he brought that up to me. Abbey is trying to cope with her mother in jail and he bring up Jabo? I believe he really needs to have something else to focus on. As far as the writers how the Heck can months go by and Lilly has not found the letter? When she opened the window at least the letter would have fell down. I really think they forgot they had Cane write that letter Lol On an another note it looks funny to see Laura (General Hospital ) play a bad character. Am i the only one that feels like that?

The letter cain wrote is behind the desk in her home i guess lilly don't do house work often, all of the store lines are pathetic soon all the soaps will be off the air, but i hope drucilla will be back before it ends.

To stormy_one48: Way to go, couldn't have said it any better! Please don't forget about Summer...where is her "beloved" daughter anyway???? How is Phyllis going to pay for Daisy's legal expenses when she (Phyllis) has no income, remember, she was fired from Restless Style for violating the "gag order" not once -- but twice -- trying to bait Daisy into coming back to town!! Just a side note, NO judge is going to grant Phyllis any kind of "parental rights" without proof of a stable income and home environment. All anyone has to do is bring up all the "dirty deeds" Phyllis has done in the past...certainly not "role model" material to say the least!

How can you call Daniel a punk when all he's wanted from the start was to give his child the life he knew he couldn't give her? Maybe the way Billy & Victoria got Lucy wasn't the best
but it's real and happens every day. Neither Billy or Victoria put their other children aside because of Lucy and have done everything in their power to make a family of all of the. Would it be better for Lucy to be raised by a psychotic mother who used her to get her freedom THEN abandonded her? Or maybe by a grandmother who lost custody of her son and obviously learned nothing because is so busy meddling in everyone elses affairs she doesn't have time for her own daughter?
