I think we can all agree that some shows can pull us into their drama but that's the goal. Some characters we can identify with and others we don't like so much. However, we need to keep in mind this is just a soap, not real life.

I personally don't like the turn in the Sharon character into a nutjob by using a bipolar condition as the excuse. What is funny about this (if one is going to analyze this) is how long it took to diagnose her condition after all the times this character has been in and out of psych counseling. I have worked and lived with people with this condition and have never seen any of them to misdiagnosed once they were seen by a doctor.

The thing I particularly don't like is that fast-paced aging of kids in this show. It is rather ridiculous.

I am confused by all of the personal bashing of a woman who plays a fictitious character. It is highly disrespectful and devoid of basic human decency. Personally, I think it is sickening. Melissa Claire Egan is a beautiful and talented actress who does not deserve this kind of crap from small minded idiots. With that being said, I can’t stand Adam and Sharon as a couple. It is perverse on so many levels. Today’s episode with Adam and Chelsea had me in tears. I am team Chelsea all the way.

Well said, Greta430. Adam & Chelsea have a great chance of making their marriage work, if they move towards maturity and not self indulgences . Chelsea had every right as a " wife" to question Adam's actions and lies and she has a right to demand loyalty and truth, not sneaking around and lies. I have a problem with Stiff Neil and his attempts at being a man-about-town and "cool"? As a CEO, why would you take advice from a new hire (the lawyer), your daughter and untrained son? He seems so phony in all his attempts at relationships and general connection with his family.

Chelsea was spot on with Adam. When Adam was going to be a parent and the baby was lost, he finally realized what he had done to Sharon with Faith and his guilt went into overdrive. It's not love. He made that clear to Sharon today. But once again, Sharon is clinging. She's like a sponge soaking up everyone she comes in contact with. I hope Nick doesn't let her have Faith alone again. Sharon is a danger, like it or not. Adam & Chelsea are good together and I hope they stay together. So many of the characters need therapy, but getting it would put a damper on the show with fewer outragous storylines. Nikki has turned ugly just like Victor. I am loving seeing Jack fall. I don't like Tucker & Jill together....eeewwww. I'm not sure, in the end, Adam will follow thru with Victor. Chelsea may be a con, but so is Adam. That's one of th reasons they fell for eachother. As far as her 'whining', she has every right to call Adam on his behavior with Sharon. If the tables were turned, Adam would have none of it. Marriage calls for maturity, not self-indulgence and whims.

I agree with Soapcee, the writers can't please everyone all the time. They are getting reactions from all of us so they are doing their job. There has to be a few of the story lines that you critics like, so give the writers a break, it has to be hard to keep coming up with something new all the time. Plus, that isn't a wart under Chelsea's nose, it's a beauty mark and I think she's a lot prettier than Sharon.

I love to hate Adam.. i really think him and Chelsea are good together. Chelsea has proved that you can change into a better person...SHARON NEEDS TO GO FIND SAM!!! Why didnt they go anywhere with that?! Sharon is nuts to take Faith. esp when Nick gave her the benfit of the doubt and let her stay!

Now Sharon has run off with Faith...Nick should never have let Faith stay with her unstable mother. I hope Nick Nails her to the wall over taking Faith. This storyline is getting really old...Sharon has always been weak and whinny, but right now she is worse than ever. Can't stand to watch her anymore.
Adam and Chelsea were good together. They were trying help each other, and you throw helpless Sharon back in the mix and mess all that up. I really like Adam & Chelsea together.
