I love Y&R! I don't think there is anything that could make me stop watching it. To me the writers are genius. It wasn't long ago that i was glued to the edge of my seat (during the part about Chance, etc.). I love detective stories and it's so much better to have a story line without so much sex. The other soap that i sometimes watch, in my opinion, has way too much sex going on one right after the other, which i don't like to see. There is always a "lull" between the really exciting parts, i think so the writers can create more plots. I do hope the writers don't take Murphy off because i love that Kay now has someone to love. I hope they figure out what to do with Jill, though, because she seems lost right now. I think Murphy will get well and turn Meggie in. Interesting to find out what her story is. Nicki in real life would taste the alcohol, even vodka, and be able to feel the buzz, so i am not enjoying that part very much. BUT i JUST LOVE Billy and Victoria together! They have so much fun.

OMG....Today was my last day watching y&r. I quit watching before because of adam stealing sharons baby. Today you put her back in with him. Why do you have to make her so stupid. I used to love watching her, but you have turned her into a whinny, stupid women. Instead of letting Adam die you have probably killed Faith. If adam lives I guess sharon will take care of him. That is how you could put them back together. Thats how stupid your writers are. I am so sick of adam and all his manipulation. The writers have let him get away with everything. He has ruined this show. You need to get murphy better and get rid of Meggie. She has made victor look like he knows nothing about what goes on in his own home. Nikki would have tasted the vodka in all the drinks meggie has fixed her. I guess I am just tired of watching all the older charactors being made look stupid. That is what the writers have done. This will be the next soap to be taken off the air with the way all your storys are going. It is a real shame, this used to be the best soap on the air.

So much for Diane having Kyle's best interests at heart. Diane is nasty! Even so, with all the comings & goings on Y&R, why bring back Diane? I think the writers are grasping at straws as they struggle to keep Y&R on the air. The stress is showing with their storylines and lack of compentent actors. They have 'over-extended' trying to find the right way to go. So far, they are failing miserably. What's up with Phyllis' hair? One scene, with Jack, it's sleek and straight. The next scene, same day same time, she's all wavy. Just one example of many things that don't make sense.

why not get someone new for phillis and jack and sharon and start new stuff about them and their new mates. glad jt and mac are leaving. let jana leave and put someone new in for kevin. put ronan with heather but get a new heather.

The main problem with Y&R is too many actors, these storylines take too long because they have to try to get everyone in, and some really amazing actors are being left on the backburner. I think that Billy brings out a fun and exciting side of Victoria, she was getting boring. The idea that all Victor's money couldn't turn up a bad thing on Meggie is preposterous. I love the fact that Phyllis is back to her old fiesty self again. And come on, you cant expect us to believe that Nikki didn't taste alcohol in her drinks! Unfortunately, the actress playing Heather doesn't have waht it takes at all, she seems slow and far too emotional for the job they have given her (though I'm no expert, her acting isn't up to par with the rest of the cast). Yes, let Murphy live! What happens to Victoria's relationship with Reed when JT and Mac leave, another long lost child who will show up 10 years from now as a 25 year old chippendale look-alike! Although Maura West is new to the soap as a returning character, she has the potential to really spice things up. I used to love Adam's character, but lately he's gotten boring too. I really hope Y&R doesn't end up like Guiding Light and As the World Turns.

I HAVE BEEN WATCHING Y&R SINCE DAY ONE AND I LOVE IT...BUT SOME OF THESE STORYLINES ARE GETTING SO BORING HOW CAN NIKKI DRINK TEA AND NOT KNOW THAT IT IS SPIKE SO STUPID. WE NEED TO GET SOME BETTER WRITERS AND PUT A CLOSE TO ADAM AND ECT.....ITS SO BORING RIGHT NOW!!!!

Y&R used to be a terrific soap. The stories always kept you wanting more. Ever since Mr. Bell passed away the writing has been horrible. It's horrible because they keep hiring other Bell family members to do the writing. Fire those no talent fools and hire some real writers. Get rid of Jana, Gloria, Jeffrey, Sofia, Malcolm, Devon, Cane, Lily, Adam and Skye, then you might have a really good show. They keep getting rid of characters the viewers love to see and keep all the idiots we hate. Come on writers use the college education your parents paid for and start giving us some good writing. I can write better stories then all you fools put together!
