To me it's ironic that 34 years ago I watched AMC for the very first time right before I got ready to go to work on swing shift for my very first job. Even after I started working day shift I would record it and watch it. Now after watching it faithfully it will run it's last episode on 9/23/11 and I found out that a week later on 9/30/11 this will be my lay off date from the only company I've ever worked for.
WE DO NOT NEED ANOTHER COOKING SHOW. ....BORING
This will be the third time I am trying to post a comment about how insulting it is to have The View pay tribute to AMC when Mr. A**HOLE is saying that The View is the reason that AMC is being cancelled cause thats what us women want to see more talk shows and cooking shows..really did he bother to ask any women. Hope that jerk off is married and his wife divorces him over this cause he is a PIG! GOODBYE ABC after Sept. 23rd NO MORE ABC WATCHING FOR ME...
i like the view do not like Joy.. But cancelling AMC to air another food show... Cut me a Break.. I manage a bar/restaurant and don't need another one....
I so agree. I work days and soooooooooooooo look forward to watch AMC. Sometimes I work 11 hrs and during the day I catch about 15 mins.. And now when I get home from from around midnight I have nothing to look forward to... BTW, I manage a bar and restaurant so another cooking show............ big deal....................
I think it really sucks that AMC will be cancelled. Talk shows are very boring. I have watched the show for years. If I can't watch it on ABC, I think the show should continue on soapnet.com. I also feel without AMC leaving, ABC won't have very many daytime viewers. Continuing the show online would actually be a good idea. What's going to be next, One Life or Gen. Hosp.? If you start eliminating shows, there will be nothing to watch. I know it was said that what they are replacing it with will be worth it. I don't think nothing is worth losing our soaps. Hope ABC has a change of heart, but somehow I feel like that's not going to happen. We as views are catching a tough break.
U are so rite but y dosent abc see it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I dnt understand how it's going 2 end who's going 2 die or r we gon b watchin 1 day an it's off the next ?!
I hope these new shows fail and make that fairy Brian Frons look like a complete blithering idiot moron
It's really sad news that All My Children will have it's final episode this month. I've enjoyed this show very much and it's like loosing a friend. I think it was a bad decision to cancel this soap. At present there are too many dull talk shows on TV and I find myself turning the View off or switching to the Price is Right to avoid listening to those ridiculous women on The View.
