Stacy Haiduk is cast as Mary Jane on "Young and the Restless"

Former "All My Children" actress Stacy Haiduk is joining the cast of "The Young and the Restless." She is not, however, bringing back the character of Diane Jenkins or Mari Jo Mason as people have speculated. Instead, she's originating a new role as PR Exec Mary Jane Benson -- a part which should allow her to show off her knack for playing ladies in sharp business skirts.

Stacy's episodes start airing on March 18th. And though we have to admit we're a tad disappointed to not have institutionalized, stalking, prostitute-hiring, Victor-shooting Mari Jo back, we're looking forward to seeing what Mary Jane's got. OMG, wait -- Mary Jo, Mary Jane ... could this be a Blade/Rick-esque evil twin situation?
