There's Take Our Daughters to Work Day, "Get Outta the House and Run Around the Block" week (a.k.a. National Running and Fitness Week) -- and now, for all you Earth-conscious TV fans out there, comes a week dedicated to keeping your bum glued to the couch!

Variety is reporting that ABC has launched an ad campaign urging people to conserve gas by staying home and watching television. "National Stay At Home Week" will start September 21, which coincides with many of the net's fall premieres (natch).

Executive Vice President of Marketing Mike Benson told Variety, "It's a fun way to package and present our premiere week and make it uniquely ABC as well." FYI: All of your fave fall ABC shows will be back, along with two new series. Huzzah!
