It is a sign of the time for TV to put on "reality" type shows. Just like kids that spend time playing these tech games, the era of the drama is gone. I so look forward to "my shows" when I come home after a long day at the office. I look forward to visiting with these old friends we have come to know and love. The major networks don't seem to have many well-acted shows to offer. The soaps are our past, present and hopefully will continue into our future.

I almost don't care about the upcoming storylines, now that they've deciced to cancel two GREAT soaps! I am so sad about it! Just like everbody else is saying, who the hell needs another cooking show and another "this is what's wrong with your life show,and we'll tell you how we THINK you should fix it" show ? What is WRONG with this picture?. I personally like the soaps, It's like reading a novel that never ends! And it takes alot of stress off after a tough day.

What is wrong with ABC, isn't there enough no brain reality shows on television. Why did they decide to cancel the only two soaps worth watching. Where is the petition I'm ready to sign!

I am so upset about the cancellation of AMC and OLTL. I started watching these two shows with my mom when I was 6 years old. I think its a terrible idea. Why keep putting shows about nutrition on tv, when we know about the benefits of nutrition. All we need is Biggest Loser. The end. I am a faithful watcher still and now I wont have a guilty pleasure to watch when I am home from work. BAD MOVE ABC!!!

i am so upset they are canceling All my children and One life to live. I love these shows. I watch them everyday. This is very sad and disappointing news . Cant they get a different time slot? i have watched these shows since i was a child with my mother since the late 70's. I look forward to coming home everyday and watching these two soaps. I am so mad!

I really can't wait for the real Todd Manning comes back cause I believe that this story line will make OLTL more than worth watching.

I like Trevor as Todd period. Blair needs to pop Jack around a few times he's so heartless maybe he feels the afteraffects of when Todd sent him thru all those changes when he was born. Bet Vickie and Clint will get back together almost inevitable. After all this Shane and Jack will become good friends.

I watched when he was originally on and couldn't stand him then! I hope his ugly face doesn't stick around too long! I want the current Todd to stay! It's not fair when an actor leaves then comes back and steals the job away from a better actor!!!
