"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" will return for Season 2.

One season of Kim, NeNe, Lisa, and Sheree (and to a lesser extent DeShawn) was clearly not enough for Bravo's viewers, so it's no surprise that they're bringing back their hit reality series "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" for another season.

The Atlanta season, which wrapped up last month, was the highest rated of all the "Real Housewives" seasons, and it's resulted in no end of controversy surrounding its stars. Everything from Kim breaking up with her mystery boyfriend to rumors of NeNe getting evicted from her home. It doesn't look like producers will have to look hard to find material for Season 2.

Bravo revealed to Entertainment Weekly the news about a second season, but there's been no word yet about when it will return or if all five Housewives will be back. Well you can't have a season without NeNe and Kim, right? You'd run the risk of losing Anderson Cooper's endorsement.

With "The Real Housewives of Orange County" in the middle of their own drama-filled season, and "The Real Housewives of New York City" to premiere soon after that, we wouldn't expect a second helping of "Atlanta" much before the summer.
