The role of Rachel will be played by Daphnee Duplaix, who was the Playboy "Playmate of the Month" in July 1997. She also played the role of Valerie Davis, the alter ego of Vincent Clarkson, on "Passions" from 2004 to '08. Vincent, of course, was the serial killer hermaphrodite that gave birth to his own father's baby (yes, seriously).

Rachel has been played by a few actresses over the years, most notably Ellen Bethea (from 1992 to '95, and intermittently since 2000) and Sandra Grant (1996 to '98). Our favorite Rachel storyline was when she was a total druggie and would sleep with that creepy guy Javier to get her fix!
