Paul Leyden to The Young and the Restless

Paul LeydenGood news, Oakdale fans: As the World Turns actor Paul Leyden is relocating to Genoa City! ATWT's last episode airs on September 17th, but as soon as October 6th, you'll be able to see "Simon" back on your TV sets.

 

According to Soap Opera Digest, Paul will be playing an entirely new role on Y&R, Blake. He joins ATWT castmate Maura West, who was recently cast as Diane Jenkins.

 

Are there any other Oakdale denizens you'd like to see on Y&R?

I hope chance is not dead! I was looking forward to Chance, Nina and Ronan reunion!

Chance didn't die. He and Ronan set up this 'killing'. Did you notice that Chance turned around to face Ronan, so the vest would stop the bullet? Blood; sure...... special effects. LOVE THEM BOTH!!!!!!!

I think its a good thing to have him on Young and restless they need more hot guys for phyliss and sharon etc to go after instead of always Nick and Jack

It will be great to see Maura West & Paul Leydon on y&r. I enjoyed watching both of them on ATWT. I will miss watching that show. I watched ATWT everyday for many years. The show will be missed. Can't wait to see Maura and Phyllis face off. That should be really good entertainment. You should put Paul and Sharon together. She needs someone new to get over nick & adam.

I'm glad to see maura West and Paul Leydon will be joining the cast of Young & Restless. I will miss seeing As The World Turns. It's very sad to see the show being taken of T.V.
