Oscar Nominee Joins Franco Storyline
As General Hospital prepares for the return of James Franco -- and the psychotic artist who shares his name -- they're also bringing a familiar face to the role of Franco's art dealer.
If you watch any TV or movies, you're bound to recognize Bruce Davison from something -- TV like The Practice or The L Word; movies like The Crucible or X-Men (remember him in X-Men, as that Senator that turned into jelly?). In 1991, he was nominated for an Academy Award as a supporting actor in the film Longtime Companion.
In Port Charles, Davison will play Franco's art dealer, who may or may not have any idea that his client is also a creepo scary murderer. All this Franco craziness begins in June -- don't miss it!

Carly's father died in 2006. He was killed by Manny Ruiz's men, who were trying to kill Carly but Durrant gave his life to save her. Manny also shot Sam (2006) and shot at Emily (who was saved by bullet proof glass) while in Jason's PH. Jason later killed Manny Ruiz.
I can't wait until my man Franco comes back! He'll be back about 2 weeks after my birthday. Too bad Franco can't come back on my birthday. It would've been something extra special for me. LOL!
This guy sure knows how to play a jerk! Maybe he'll be the one to swipe Elizabeth of the show, Rebecca Herbst's maternity leave will be a blessing for us all. Maybe Elizabeth will come back with some sense and "REALLY" focus on her kids instead of trying to figure out different ways to use them to get Lucky's attention...Cant wait for the return of Franco and the answers we all know he has.
The answer to DorisTX question about Him being Carly's dad. Carly's dad is dead. He was killed in 2006 or sometime around there. Now if he was Sam's dad it would be great.
I always loved Bruce Davidson. He just a great actor. I hope the writers use him right in the storyline.

this will be a great add to the franco scene. he was on touch by an angel also as a money hoarder that would'nt update his tenants apartments and had to live there in the mess for awhile to figure out how bad he did.
i hope he will be just as mean as franco in this s/l. he makes a good mean actor that can charm u to like anything he does.
