So the big news out of All My Children: Later this week, we discover that Adam has a son -- Miguel -- that he's know about for years. Miguel was the result of a long ago one night stand, and Adam's since backed off raising him -- but now hopes he can provide the bone marrow to save JR.
Adam is not alone in the "Yeah, I have a kid I never told anyone about" phenomenon. We should note this is different than many daytime fathers who don't realize they've sired a son until years later -- or Viki on One Life to Live, who forgot she gave birth to two kids. Which is so awesome (she should be the spokesperson for gingko biloba).
Meanwhile, what do you think of the notion that Adam had a secret child -- and had a hands-off approach?
