When it comes to possible pregnancies, One Tree Hill character Brooke Davis has a long and storied history. There was the time when everyone thought she was pregnant, but she didn't want to be. The time she DID want to be, but thought adoption was the better option (sidebar: WHERE IS SAM?). And next Monday on the CW, it looks like she's facing the time she'd love to be, but isn't sure her guy is on the same page as her.
