One Life to Live: Week in Review for September 21, 2009

Kassie DePaiva, Michael Lowry, "One Life to Live" Funniest Moment: Once again, our old comedy standby, Davis Vickers, comes through for us. This time, it was a short conversation he had with Bo outside the courtroom. We should mention that it was a great idea to involve David in Matthew's lawsuit. It's forged a weird and wonderful bond between those two, and it put David into Bo's orbit, allowing for heaps and heaps of "Pa" jokes and other delightful David dialogue (calling Nora "Step-Nora" this week, comes to mind). This week's one-liner combined David's hilarity with Tea's bad-assery: "We got Tea Delgado," David told Bo, summing up his and Matthew's best move to date. "She don't lose, yo!"

WTH? Moment: Rex proposing to Gigi. If Gigi were writing this column, she's say the same thing. Heck, if REX were writing this column he'd probably say the same thing. Talk about an impulsive action that was probably not the best idea. A proposal borne out of jealousy over Gigi talking to Schuyler? Yeah, no. A proposal to try to make up for the fact that Stacy is (supposedly) carrying his child? That's even worse. Rex and Gigi have a whole lot to work through right now. We can't imagine throwing wedding planning onto the heap will help.

Best Moment: The short but intense scene after Matthew won his verdict that would allow him to have surgery. Watching desperate Bo and Nora, their legal recourse having failed them, beg Matthew to reconsider risking his life was really heartbreaking. Nora, in particular, really got to us. Just helpless and frightened and freaked out.

I am soo tired of stacy-and Kim (she is an evil b). Even if Gigi and Rex split, which I can see happening, Stacy will never get Rex to love her-or even like her. And he will discover that this baby is not his. Schyler is a good guy, and a good match for Gigi if she and Rex break up.

I liked Blaire with both the men that has played Todd. But the first one was better.I like this Todd just find,but I still like the first Todd better with Blair. Now if this was the first Todd in this story I would be clued, but not this Todd. Now I wish she would find someone else. Gigi is who I don't like.I hate to say this to, she like myself is a Kentucky girl. Too whinny for me.

I JUST THINK BLAIR'S A HATER. I CAN SEE REX REALLY TRYIN HARD TO MAKE GIGI HAPPY BUT COME ON PAL IT AINT WORKING LET IT GO. U SHOULD HAVE STRAPPED UP.

I wonder who it is that is stalking Nat and Jar. That was totally unexpected. Could it be Nash's twin brother that we never knew he had?! I would like to see Blair and Ross have a fling and just to get it out of the way! Gigi and Schuyler should also have a fling, just to get it out of the way as well! And, again, Layla and Chris getting together and Greg and Rachel. All of this kisssing and flirting is getting ridiculous!

Your week in review didn't even mention Greg's heart-wrenching conversation with imaginary Shaun and comatose Shaun. That should have gotten performer of the week!

I am SO tired of Todd, Tea, Blair, Stacy & Kim... would like to see alot less of all of them!

I loved Blair this week plotting on Tea i only wish she wouldve pulled the trigger and then worry about the fallout on monday. I get the sense that Ross has a little crush on Blair and maybe thats why hes having second thoughts, that and Dorain gave him a but load of money. Damn i cant believe we were so close to stacy walking away ughh im so sick of the both of them actually and they need to go back to the boondocks and leave rex and gigi alone. I dont know who told david he was funny but hes not, that dude is corney as all get out. If i were bo i wouldnt claim him either, damn u rex for going back into the past and knockin up fake gigi lol.
