One Life to Live Sneak Peek: Week of 8/22/11
While they've been the best of friends and the worst of enemies (...mostly the worst of enemies), Viki and Dorian have always been pillars of Llanview. But all good things must come to an end. This week, with Dorian taking her political career to the next level, she's going to have to say goodbye. Look for a farewell from the Cramer women, and a chance for her and Viki to reflect on their epic rivalry. They even get locked up together one last time!
Meanwhile, Llanview is being torn apart by the family feud between Todd and Victor (the artist formerly known as Todd Manning) Todd's children are having their loyalties pulled in all directions -- with Jack an especially staunch defender of Victor. Todd is enraged that Victor has essentially stolen his son from him. The Manning brothers prepare for all-out war, and they're playing for keeps. But where will Blair, Tea, Starr, and Dani fall in between them? And with Irene still pulling strings and making threats, not everyone is going to come out of this alive.
The Manning war also threatens to blow Brody's world sky-high -- remember, Victor is still one of the few people who know that John is really Liam's father. And after all Victor's been through as a result of the lies of his parents, he's not exactly inclined to keep up the charade, even if it does mean giving John what he wants. We may find out just how far Brody will go to hold on to his family.
Rex's search for answers about his visions of Gigi leads him to a shocking discovery this week...and the return of a character bound and determined to shake things up. Yes, Rex's search takes him directly to KIM, who is thinking about braving David Vickers's blackmail and returning to Llanview and Clint. But she's got more than a few secrets she'll be taking back with her.
All this, plus Joey and Kelly prepare to leave Llanview together, and Jessica tells Ford they shouldn't see each other anymore.

Why does ABC want to lose millions of viewers by pulling these two soaps, especially OLT, the best soap of all? They will lose me forever. Is that their goal - to lose most of their viewers? If so they are succeeding. To the powers that be on ABC (and Disney), SHAME ON YOU!!!! And to the idiots who comment on this message board only to advertise their products unrelated to our soaps, take your stupid comments elsewhere, the rest of us are not interested in your self- serving drivel. GO DAVID VICKERS! Happy to see Addie, Roxy and Nigel back, but how can you take Dorian, Gigi, Charlie and the rest away from us? SHAME ON YOU ABC.
I can't wait for John to find about out his son. How long are the writers gonna drag this one on? Poor John. I hope Victor tells John the truth about the paternity. I'm so sad for rex. I really hope that is Gigi and not Stacy. I really don't like Brody anymore. I hope he ends up with no one. Jessica should be with Ford, her baby's father. I still love Trevor St.John..

I wish the writers would stop jerking us around with the Gigi storyline. Is she dead or not?? I hope they do not bring back the "bride of Chucky" (Stacy's character). I never liked her character and hope she stays gone. Every time I see Rex on the screen, I feel sad.
As a reply I think you were making to my comment about the soaps staying on, I did not mean Soapnet was going to keep it on since they will be gone in January also but ABC.com will only have GH on. The other shows were bought by another company and will be on a separate Internet site totally. ABC is just too cheap to keep the best in daytime broadcasting. An oven and a few people with a few camera and lighting people is a lot better in ther budget. That is all I meant. Just a dirty rotten shame that the daytime head does not know how to use his.
I'm glad One life to live is going off TV. The Todd story line SUCKS!!! What I don't understand is why are people angry with either of the Todds? The original Todd wanted to get back to his family; he lost 8 yrs of HIS life, why wouldn't he be mad? DUH!?! Wouldn't you? Victor didn't do anything wrong either. Jack? What a joke, his character has sucked every since he became a gloried bully, killed a lady and hum how should i put this... GOT AWAY WITH IT!... WTF does he have to be so mad about? Good writing would be for the original Todd to say F*um, Starr is the only one that really counts anyway... forget all them other BOZOS. Ha ha.
I think that we are going to see alot of people leaving the show as time gose on, first Dorian and Kelly....... I hope that they keep both Todd's alive. Tea is good with Victor and maybe they will ride off into the sunset. I heard that Victor is leaving the show, i just hope it's not in a body bag. As for Todd, who knows what will happen to him..... I would like to know who Kim has stahed away in a bed with tubes hook up to her. So, is it going to be Gigi or Stacy. I for one hope that it is Gigi..... I still think that Jessica is Tess petending to be Jessica..... Long live the sopas!!!!!!!
