The guy that looks like the original Todd Manning (but IS he Todd?) has been skulking around Llanview, seemingly on the verge of making contact with the people he remembers from his old life. He's befriended Sam -- and Sam's stories of his "imaginary friend with the line on his face" have his family curious and concerned -- and he's gotten all he needs to see about this new Todd Manning. So with everybody getting closer to finding him out, Original Todd decides to make an appearance ... at Sam's birthday party.

Elsewhere, Brody feels like he has no choice but to hide the truth about Liam's paternity from Natalie and John. After all, he and Natalie have become a couple -- as Natalie tells Jessica this week, leading to another explosive confrontation between the sisters. But what happens when Natalie starts to get flashes of memory about the tape recorder and what she learned the night Marty pushed her off the roof? Just how long can Natalie and John be kept apart?

David is starting to get freaked out at what he now believes is a plot to frame him for murder and destroy his marriage to Dorian. This week, he enlists Viki's help in finding out who's behind his torment, and Viki quickly gets an idea: Echo.

With Bo and Nora getting closer to discovering who gave Matthew his head injury, a guilty Nate is feeling the pressure from porn-producer Rick to give in to the blackmail. Which means, yes, this week, Nate and Deanna decide to make a porno movie so Rick will keep quiet.

Meanwhile, Destiny freaks out that people may be figuring out she's pregnant.

All this, plus Rex reveals the next stage in his plot to ruin Todd, and Baz overhears his father's secret plotting about keeping Todd's secrets.
