One Life to Live Sneak Peek: Week of 6/6/11
Bo and Nora get the crushing news that Matthew is not going to recover. They're faced with two options: send him to long-term care, or let him go. At the same time, Clint's heart is failing and he's running out of time. Bo puts two and two together -- Matthew's heart could save Clint. But could Bo and Nora ever give Clint their son's heart after everything he's done?
While Rex deals with the swirling emotions of Clint's failing health, his son Shane is getting drawn back into another of Jack Manning's bullying schemes. But Shane's not as much of a pushover this time, and he's not about to be a victim again. But when Gigi sniffs out Jack's latest plot, she decides to take care of Jack herself ... no matter what it is she's walking into.
Before Marty gets out of Llanview this week, look for her to pass on the secret of Liam's paternity ... to Todd. She makes him promise to tell John that he's the real father of Natalie's baby. But will Todd deliver such good news to someone he hates like John? And will he do it before Natalie and Brody get even closer?
Meanwhile, the man with the original Todd’s face is in Llanview, and he finally sets eyes on Starr.
Speaking of getting closer, neither Ford nor Tess are all that happy to realize that they've both been falling for one another. They need to find away to get Ryder back from Joey and Aubrey, but more distressing is the news that the doctors at St. Ann's plan to give Tess electro-convulsive therapy. Will Ford lose Tess forever?
Plus, here's what's coming in the month of June:
-- The man with the original Todd’s face (is it really Todd?) continues to see more of “his” family ... and he befriends young Sam!
-- Things heat up between Natalie and John ... and Natalie and Brody!
-- Ford fights to hold on to Tess.
-- Blair follows Tomas to New York City, where we learn a lot more about just who Tomas is.
-- Destiny worries she might be pregnant with Matthew's baby!
-- Dorian and David return from California, and someone is ready to make their lives hell
-- Starr meets a handsome stranger at Llanview U.
--Time is running out for Clint..will he be saved?
-- And before the month is over, a beloved Llanview resident will die!

what i want to know is why is soapnet going off the air in jan. 2012
not likely..the days of characters being transported to another show are long gone..P&G, as intended, divested itself of all involvement in daytime soaps; and now it looks like ABC/Disney is intent on the same thing..and if Katie Couric agrees to do a show, GH will be the next to go..
some predict daytime soaps will be gone in ten years..it looks, to me, this may happen sooner..after all, there has been the cancellation of four major long-runners..my 'prediction' is DOOL and GH are the next to go (not neeccarily in that order)...
it seems to be a mass exodus of performers from OLTL..so far, there's been Langston and Charlie..with Langston, we saw a life-and-times-of-Star-and-Langston best-friends-forever - but there was NOTHING between Langston and Dorian..in fact, i don't remember Dorian (who we rarely see nowadays) has even mentioned Langston since she 'left town'...
Charlie and Langston are gone (real fast and unexpectedly); Dorian is leaving soon, and Kelly and Joey are near the end of their run..it looked like Matthew was next - then, surprise, surprise, GiGi is biting the bullet..haven's seen Echo lately (despite her intent for revenge on Vickie and Dorian)..
i've seen a lot of soaps come and go - but i don't recall so many actors jumping ship before said ship sinks.....
Y ARE U ALL KILLING GIGI SHE IS ONE OF THE BEST STARS ON THE SHOW THE GREATEST MOTHER BRING HER BACK.CLINT NEEDS TO GO,IF U KILL GIGI I WILL NOT BE WATCHING OLTL ANY MORE.
I hope some of the characters pick up and move to Port Charles and continue on the story lines. I love Jessica/Ford, Natalie/John, Starr, etc. I'll miss OLTL. AMC is getting pretty boring these days, so I hate to say it after watching for about 30 years now, but I'm ready to see AMC go. Maybe move some of the OLTL cast to Port Charles and get some new story lines going and move away from the heavy mob related story lines that are currently running on GH.

GiGi is the best mother ever and after everything Shane went through last year, you guys takes his mother. You writers are so heartless and speaking of heartless, that's what Clint should be because he is a evil SOB...

Starr needs someone else and why is it that no one seems to work. They are always in somebody elses business...
As much as I hate to see the soaps leave the air, this latest storyline makes me wish it was over already!
this is a sad day on ontl......i see that teh writer's want to sabotage the show to justify the their rediculous cancelation of the show...I am so tired of them trying to push natalie and brody down our throats when we all can see that john and natalie belong together and you tell me if killing gigi was the only way they could come up with when it comes to dealing with a bully......smh does any one proof read the script before going to air cause if we can see it why can't they
I can't believe they are killing off Gigi. I would prefer Clint to go; He is still as heartless as ever!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE tell John that Natalie's baby is really his!!!!! And get them back together! They are so sexy together! And PLEASE let Gigi recover and be the one to tell John with the tape recorder! Gigi and Rex and Shane, plus John and Natalie and Liam are the SAVING GREAT COUPLES on OLTL! Honestly, I can hardly wait for both couples and families to come on.....please give us the happy endings that we deserve and SOOOOOO want! It is the classiest thing to do!
