The judges in Llanview often make the most peculiar rulings, but this week's doozy of a decision shocks everyone -- even the unshockable Tea Delgado. See, the judge is sick of having to haul his butt to court just to listen to Blair and Todd hurl accusations at each other in their never-ending custody battles. So the judge says they have two choices: hand the kids over to foster care OR move in together. Why the judge thinks this will fix things is a bit beyond us, but we love the idea that Todd and Blair have to live together under the same roof.
