"One Life to Live" September 2009 Preview
All we can say about the stories "One Life to Live" has in store for the month of September is that it is going to be action-packed. And not just BANG-BANG action ... although there will be plenty of that, too, actually. Get ready for a month of betrayals, lies, surprising kisses, emergency surgery, shocking admissions, and even a wedding. What exactly are we on about? Keep reading ...
The biggest development in September is that the drug-bust storyline -- undercover Cole! Drug-dealing mayor! -- really blows up. It ends up reaching almost every major character. And it's all because of one man: Todd. Todd spots Cole dealing drugs, and he totally flips out. As you can imagine. To keep him from killing Cole, Starr tells him about the undercover operation, at which point Todd demands that Cole be taken off the case. And he takes this demand all the way to ... the mayor. Yeah. So Cole's cover is blown, and everyone he loves -- Starr, Hope, Marty, John -- is in danger.
So -- buckle up -- Lowell puts a hit out on Cole, and Todd and Starr get attacked, and John has to spring into action and save everyone. This leads to a massive rescue effort, where pretty much everyone in Llanview teams up to get Cole’s loved ones (and not-so-loved ones) safe from some seriously scary and dangerous guys. It's an action-packed series of episodes, and when the smoke clears, two characters end up in the emergency room. And only one of them recovers.

I would really like to see Todd with Tea,they make a hot couple. I dont like Nora with Bo either,but I dont think she is good for any man she is to much of a tramp, and doesnt care who she hurts as along as she gets what she wants,which is to run everyones life.she doesnt want anyone to be happy, now her daugther will play games with these two brother,just like good old mom.
i do not like bo and nora togeather i think she and clint should be the couple. i have never liked bo and nora as a couple .i have been watching for many years long before , asa,bo and clint even came to landview
I would like Marty and Todd to eventually become a couple.. Maybe it would be a way for both of them to come to grips with the past and also MAYBE Blair will get the point and finally leave Todd and his life alone
Well, I'm a long-time viewer too, and ICAM about Viki not getting story on this show!!! If you look at episode counts for 2009, Rex and Gigi are #1 and #2 in the most episodes, Stacy is #3 or #4, and Viki is way down at the bottom of the list. This is the biggest mistake this show can make. Why waste a veteran this way when she has so much "life" to give to this show? It's because this show is too busy forcing the teens and these hated newbies on the viewers who could care less about these people.
This show is going down the tubes because they don't seem to get their biggest demographics are in the Women 40-50 crowd, and they're could care less about the long-time, loyal followers. Maybe this is because the writing mentality of this head writer is really juvenile himself and he can't seem to write for characters which are this show's bread and butter.
The other seriously MIA character is Natalie. I don't get why her episode count is way down too! She is also this show's bread and butter. She needs to get away from the bore Jared and get back with John. Both John and Natalie need some major infusion of good stories and get back in each other's orbits.
I am a long time viewer of One Life and it's a shame that Viki (ES) doesn't have a bigger part on the show, to me she IS the heart of OLTL. Isn't she suppose to be a part of this mayoral campaign storyline? But where is she? It has been taken over by John McBain. It's really time to stop having McBain being the hero in EVERY single storyline. One Life has others that can be hero's, Charlie, Bo, Jared, heck even women can be the hero.
ok. I'm a devoted OLTL viewer also. I think Layla needs a REAL man. Let's end the Starr/Cole drama and let them be happy and together for more than one episode. Please let Marty get some. I am sure that Tea had Todd's child and gave it up for adoption while in hiding. That is what Ross is holding over her head. Glad to see Marcie gone. She was dreadful. Stacey is a skank and needs to get what she deserves like chlymidia. Would like for Rex's dad to come out of hiding finally. After the mayor dies, we'll need to re-focus on the secret Roxy is keeping. What happened to Jessica's stalker? I bet it was Nash's dad following her. David's reality show is a complete joke. David should sleep with Rachel since she likes bad boys. She should sleep with her brother's brother. Kinda gross how both Nora and Rachel are inlove with 2 brothers.
I am sorry, but I cannot stand Blair!!!!! She is about as funky as the show the bold and the beautiful!! I cannot stand either one!! DO NOT PUT TODD AND BLAIR BACK TOGETHER. LET BLAIR GET A LIFE.
