"One Life to Live": Past Week's Greatest Hits

Andrea Evans (Tina Lord) is one of the best and worst things on One Life to Live the week of November 24
ABC
Tina Lord was one of our favorites this week on "One Life to Live."

It might have been a short week, but it was by no means short on drama. A major character made her umpteenth exit, not one, but two characters checked themselves into (the same) mental ward, and Cristian was shirtless again. And they took us to paradise, even if they never quite got all the way to me.

Funniest Moment: The Goodbye Tina montage on Tuesday really was perfect -- perfectly hilarious. We're completely agog with the song they chose ("Never Been to Me") and can't stop playing it over and over on our iPods. There she was, vamping it up around Mendorra, not letting Natalie out of the secret glass prison, getting frisky in the bedroom. Also there was Princess David Vickers, who we'll miss, too, and was probably deserving of her own goodbye montage. Also, we could have used more VINTAGE Tina clips from the 80s.

WTH? Moment: Rex's parenting skills. We never expected Rex to be a natural father figure, but his amazement that his young Shane liked Checkers was too much. He's a kid -- he likes board games -- duh! And since when is Rex so mopey? And why is he escorting Brody to St. Ann's? We mean, it's nice and all that he didn't press charges, and that he's forgiven Brody for SHOOTING HIM AND PUTTING HIM IN A COMA but really, does he have to be Brody's longtime companion? So, really, the WTH? Moment this week is just Rex in general. Huh? Go back to being a private eye. We think he needs a new murder to solve or something.
