"One Tree Hill" character Nanny Carrie is the villain who keeps on giving. Tries to steal Haley's life? Thwarted. Kidnaps Jamie Scott? Caught by Grandpa Dan. Maybe third time's the charm though -- this season she's kidnapped Dan, and Jamie is next. All she needs to do is run through her plan for the audience about, oh, 10 more times, and dress up in more wacky nurse outfits. BEST!

3. Miss Gozer If You're Nasty

Watch this clip of "Ghostbusters." Then check out this picture of Janet Jackson. And then tell us: would you blame an audience member for ordering Damita Jo to "cease any and all supernatural activity and return forthwith to [her] place of origin or to the next convenient parallel dimension"?
