Despite foreboding words from "90210"'s new head writer that "Beverly Hills" alums might not be welcome on her version of the show, Jennie Garth will be back. TV Guide reports that the actress has been signed on for multiple episodes of the show.
Jennie's Kelly Taylor character has grown from spoiled teen to school counselor during the course of her many years in TV's most notorious zip code. And, after helping Adrianna with her teen pregnancy, word is she'll be the person to unravel the mystery of Annie's hit and run.
Do you like Jennie as Kelly, or do you think it's time she moved on?

How can you guys call yourselves fans of Beverly Hills 90210 and not know why Kelly's sister is named Silver? Silver is her last name. Mel Silver. Remember? Anyways, they explain in the 1st episode of 90210 that she didn't like her name Erin and that's why she goes by her last name Silver. Duh.
Ok i'm absolutely in love with the old 90210 but for some reason cant get into the new one...can someone please explain to me what the heck is going on... since when did kelly and dylan have a kid...is anyone else in the new show related that i need to know about and why is kelly's baby sister called silver when her name is erin??
BRAVO BearsAngel57! I agree with everything you said. Bring back Nat and the Mega Burger and let's see more scenes at the Peach Pit. Whats up with Silver? That wasn't her name. I think the new stars and the writers need to go back and study the original. I can;t really get close to any of the new characters. I think we should be brou in t as te new writers and make the creator; Darren Star proud
Perhaps Brandon can come in and take over as Director and make Aron Spelling proud! The oiriginal made me cry and laugh. I continue to nwatch the reruns. I try to wtch tne new one; but it makes me sad what has happened.
i think that brenda and dylan, brandon and kelly, david and donna, steve and janet are so the perfect couple, i like all the couples but me favorite couple is brenda and dylan, then brandon and kelly, david and donna, steve and janet also the organial beverly hills 90210 is my favorite show ever love the biggest fan in the world
I do agree with you all, I loved the original 90210 because they took the time to explain all the traumas, the new one is too fast to follow and the old alumnis arent seen, please bring back originals to add to the already story lines, I am loosing interest fast!! Please explain Kellys son, Dillons son, show David and Donna also how about Steve and Janets kid and what ever happened to Aundrea Zukkermin? There are so many unanswered questions, I am lost!

I love that Jenny is the Charator of Kelly Taylor although I did not quite appreciate the charactor of Kelly, she was kind of a ***, but thats what made her unique, I would love to see more of her on the new 90210 and Dylan, cause they make sense, also more of Brenda and how ABOUT the charactors of David and Donna, and most of all what ever happened to Steve and Janet and their kid!!?
