More HUGE Returns for All My Children's 40th
Whoa. This is huge. Hot on the heels of the announcement that Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos will be returning to All My Children to help celebrate the show's 40th anniversary, we get not one but SIX more big names that are returning for the episode. Julia Barr -- aka Brooke English, last seen in 2006. Julia played Brooke, Erica's arch rival (and ex to Tad and Adam) from 1976 through 2006.
Eva LaRue -- aka Maria Santos Grey, last seen in 2005. Maria, whose love story with Edmund Grey was epic (as was her rivalry with Erica Kane), was also linked with Zach. Eva played the role from 1993-1997, and then from 2002-2005.
Laurence Lau -- aka Greg Nelson. Greg, last seen in 2008 for BFF's Jesse and Angie's wedding, was a regular character from 1981 until 1986. Greg was the object of affection for Liza for many years.
Taylor Miller -- aka Nina Cortlandt Warner. Last seen in 1995, Taylor played perennially unlucky Nina, Palmer's daughter, from 1979-1989.
Leven Rambin -- aka Lily Montgomery, Jack's innocent, autistic daughter. Last seen in 2008, Leven played the role from 2004 through 2008.
Eden Riegel -- aka Bianca Montgomery. Erica's daughter and Kendall's sister, Bianca was a regular character from 2000-2005, with extended stints on the show since then.
We don't even know how to describe how AWESOME this is. OMG BROOKE ENGLISH! We are officially freaking out.

I really do not like that the have Erica and Ryan together. I know that older woman and younger men is popular but I do not want to see it on All My Children. I don't believe that Erica would do that to her daughter.
I would love to see Ms. Barr back full time. I could never understand why she was let go. AMC is not the program it once was. The story's take forever and a day, and the stories just are not up to the plate. So if fans has to sit and watch a boring soap, at least with Brooke back, we could feel something.

First of all I have been a fan since 1980, when I was ten years old so I am really happy that all the "oldies" are coming back. I wish that "Brooke", "Bianca", "Maria" "Haley' and 'Mateo" would come back for good with the original cast members.
I am really excited to see what will happen next. I'd like to see "Jake" find out that he is the father of "trevor". I love "David" he is my favorite character and I really lust after him. Not to mention my others favs like "Tad", "Jessie", "Angie", "J.R.", "Bianca"...I hope that these people stay on for a long time. Oh and bring back BROOKE!

Ialso hate Annie and wish they would get rid of her. I love that greenlee is coming back and all the old cast members especially brooke, i would love to see her back with adam or tad although some aspects of the show is getting too far fetched. amanda needs to wake up jake is everything she wanted and she had to screw it up they were great together. david needs to go too. love jessie and angie i loved them when they were on the show before
Hello!
I just wanted to help clear up your question about Maria's "death". When she first left the show a few years back, she was in a terrible plane accident. She survived, however, she was stuck in some of the wreckage which was hanging on the edge of a cliff. Brooke was there and took Maria's baby just as Maria fell to her "death". Sometime later, Eva LaRue returned to All My Children, however, her character had amnesia and was working as a nurse somewhere else. Once she arrived back in Pine Valley, she didn't remember anybody, even her children. Maria and her daugher were eventually in a situation where they were both in the water (I think Maria was saving her daughter from drowning). During that traumatic moment, all of Maria's memories came flooding back to her.
