I come home from work today expecting to see the only show I DVR Ryan's Hope and it is not there. To say I was angry to find out that it has been taken off the air would be an understatement. I only hope this is a temparary situation other wise I see no reason to even watch this network

Holy Aggravation!!

I started DVRing Ryan's Hope once I heard AMC was being cancelled. Much to my surprise I noticed this morning that it was no longer recording.

I cannot believe that they will not devote an hour a day to this soap. I would even take a half hour a day if they would give it to us. There are so many shows that repeat or have numerous showings a day of different episodes and yet they cannot even keep the early morning showing of this show.

I do have quite a few recorded yet to get through since I have been recording it for so long...it was to be my AMC replacement. I've gotten so involved in the story lines and have found it so much more watchable than some of the other current soaps I've tried to get into looking fo an AMC replacement.

I really feel frustrated with the fact that AMC is gone and now Ryan's Hope too...I do hope that Ryan's Hope will reappear. It seems there are many fans of this classic soap...let's hope Soapnet does something to make it's viewers happy!!

What is ABC and Soapnet doing?I'm so mad at them for cancelling Ryans Hope and now there's no reason to watch this channel anymore, and The Chew SUCKS!!! I can't understand why they just didn't continue All My Children and One Life To Live on the Soapnet channel. Put Ryans back on if you want to keep loyal fans, come on guys be smart about this. These shows have stood the test of time lifestyle programming it will only be short-lived. I'm so sick of reality shows I could scream give us creative fiction writing. Stop putting people out of work to line your pockets, and think about the loyal fans.

I also can not believe that you can do something that despicable to some of your loyal fans. Come on we are willing to compromise, but do not take Ryan's Hope off just when it is getting good. You did the same thing with Port Charles. I never saw the end because of a hurricane. So I thought when I found it on soap net great now I will see the end. Who is so heartless to do something like this a second time. Do you really need so many repeats. Seriously????

Soapnet- you are fools.Bring back Ryan's Hope! There are only two shows on your network I watch Ryans's Hope and Being Erica.....

I'm right there with you...Ryans's hope was one of the two shows I watch on Soap net...g'bye Soapnet!

As others have said, I only subscribed to SoapNet to record Ryans Hope and occasionally watch an AMC or OLTL episode that had been cut during the day. I'll now cancel that level of satellite TV since I won't be watching SoapNet.
Is there any other way to watch Ryan's Hope? I've watched it more than once because of the incredible writing and acting. Are there DVD sets?

I am very disappointed that Soapnet has cancelled Ryans Hope. Ryans Hope was the one and only reason that I tuned into Soapnet.

I'm sorry that soapnet or abc can't see that they have a very loyal following of one of their shows RYANS HOPE and if they take it off I'm one that will NEVER return until they put it back on. You did us all dirty once again Soapnet!!!

I am very upset again with soapnet now you take away two of the only shows worth watching on tv and put crap on the chew???? I know on one with any sense will watch!! I hope all soap fans will boycott this stupid show, Now I wake up to watch my old favorite show Ryan's Hope [which I've been doing for years the best beginning of my day.] now this is gone ?
