
What's the hottest show to ever take place on a suburban California cul-de-sac? That would be "Knots Landing," folks. It started out as a spin-off of "Dallas" but it tried to be a "real soap for real people." It had a superstar cast and eventually outlasted its daddy show on the air. "Knots" spun stories for 14 seasons, from 1979 to 1993.
