I can't believe you let Greg V go to hire Jonathan J. Your treatment of characters & the actors playing them is transparent & smacks of desperation. Just so you know (in case your plan with JJ is as hollow as all GH s/l's have been lately) I liked Liz & Lucky until Lucky introduced Jason to Elizabeth in that boxcar! Ever since then the ONE and ONLY story GH has developed yet not told & I STILL WANT to see is of Elizabeth & Jason. I will never support Lucky with Liz no matter who portrays him.

Now-- if I've jumped to the wrong conclusion and you've hired him back to tell a Luke story, then I might be interested. Maybe this is your way of trying to win back the fans who left when you disrespected history and Luke & Laura's story for the creation of Ethan?

Funny how you have no qualms rewriting history... then you want to rely on it by bringing an actor from the past back. Frankly, GH, the reason folks left the show was due to POOR STORY TELLING, DISHONORING HISTORY & WHO CHARACTERS ARE WRITTEN TO BE AT THEIR CORE--- and mostly, for taking fans of the show for granted as if we are trainable and don't know what we want.

I think that JJFF and LL2 1.0 fans are going to regret this BIG TIME. While JJ is a great actor, the fact remains that he looks perpetually 12yo. BH looks like a woman and putting her back with JJ is going to look like she is with Cam's babysitter.

Not only that, regardless of WHO is in the roles, TIIC simply don't have the same respect for the pairing of LL2 that was there back when JJ & BH originated the roles.

I think that bringing JJ back is a BIG mistake and I'm sorry to say, but will lead to the ultimate destruction of LL2 (even worse than the SOS) and the character of Lucky

It's clear that GH has to do something to get their viewers back. This maybe a step in the right direction. It's too bad that GV isn't staying though. Two Lucky's is a great story line if written well. Of course any story line with Elizabeth involved is an improvement to GH's "ride or die" couple.

i'm really disappointed about this since Greg Vaughn is one of my favorite actors on GH, but i know that Jonathan Jackson did a great job as Lucky back in the day too. we'll see how he does now. if GH gave GV the boot just so that JJ could come back, though, that is such a no-class move. i hope that the writers are going to drop the Liz and Nikolas storyline because it makes me so mad and is so ridiculous, just like the Nikolas and Rebecca as instant soulmates storyline was.

on a different note, i am happy that Claudia is leaving the show because even though villains make for interesting television, she is just gross. of course, once she leaves, i'm betting that Olivia and Sonny will get together. that pairing gets a thumbs down from me too. Olivia comes across as this intelligent and classy businesswoman, but when she is around Sonny, she turns into the opposite.

thank goodness for Spinelli! he is the best thing that has happened to GH since Sonny!

good luck Greg. i'm sure that GH's loss will be some other show's gain.

I cannot believe some of you people... JJ was the original Lucky Spencer. When he left, the writers threw crap to the other portrayer and then to Greg to portray. The emotion that JJ showed as Lucky and the way he and Rebecca played off each other as Liz and Lucky was amazing. That spark can be recaptured and if the rumors are true as to Rebecca leaving, a great way for closure for the diehard Liz/Lucky fans that have been there since day 1. Now I respect others opnions but some of you and your comments are uncalled for and disrespectful to both Jonathan and Greg and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

No offense to Greg, but Jonathan coming back as Lucky just made me want to watch GH again! WOOHOO!!!! Best news I've heard in a long, LONG time!!!! Bring the character of Lucky back to his original, adorable self! This could be the spark needed for a true Lucky/Liz reunion (sorry Liz/Nicholas fans). Anyone remember the song Lucky wrote for Elizabeth years ago??? *needs to find that audio on her pc* it was beautiful!

I adore Greg Vaughn, but there were 2 problems with casting him as Lucky: #1 he didn't resemble the lst 2 Lucky actors who were blonde and had smaller builds. #2 he was too old. I see the comment above about JJ being too young. Well, he was the original Lucky so he can't be older than "himself." Vaughn was about 30 when he took over the role and he looked at least 26-27. Now he looks 35. Lucky was only supposed to be oh, 21-22 by that time. I was never able to make the leap.

WOW!!! I am freaking out right now!!! JJ was and will be the only Lucky for me! I didn't think he would ever come back to GH. Tony Geary must be over the moon. LOL! He's gonna whip that character back into shape!

I don't know about this I'm gonna miss Greg V a great deal I think JJ just looks too young to be Lucky.I will just have to see how this all plays out.

I agree! GV was a wimp on the show but I blame the writers. They could have made him stronger. I will miss him and considering how they portrayed him one the show I think that he did what the writers told him to do. I will miss him and I think that JJ is to young looking for the character.
