Jonathan Jackson to Return to Port Charles
ABC Daytime has confirmed that Jonathan Jackson will return to General Hospital to reprise the role of Lucky Spencer -- the son of super couple Luke and Laura -- on October 27. Jackson originated the role of Lucky, which he played from 1993-1999. He has also starred in films like Tuck Everlasting and Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights, and was most recently seen on The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
ABC Daytime also confirmed that Greg Vaughan has decided to leave General Hospital.
From the official statement: "Greg Vaughn has decided to vacate the role to explore new opportunities. We thank him for his years engaging our audience and dedication to the show and network. The cast and crew wish him well in all his future endeavors."

I'd rather have Greg Vaughn as Lucky. JJ looks like a child and to throw him in to a role that he hasn't been in for a long time is ridiculous.. I wish Greg all the best in his future endeavors... I didn't like Lucky but I did like Greg.. Nice of GH... err Frons to try and get ratings since Jasam sucks a$$... pathetic.. and not from me.. loser!!
This is terrible news, WHAT does GH mean. Gregg Vaughn is Lucky. He is so handsome and he is perfect with Elizabeth. GH should have given him a better role, than being a cop, they should have made his character different, wonder if they will now. He will be truly missed.
I think that Liz and Nikolas make a sexy cou;le. I think the original Lucky will be very interesting to watch. I will miss Greg Vaughn playing Lucky and wish him well, but to have JJ come back to the show after ten years gone is amazing.
Not good news!!! GV is the Best!!! But u can only do wat the writters want. JJ does not have the class to play the sweet wonderful handsome Lucky!!! JJ fits in perfectly with his bro Ethan!!! LMAO!!! Good Luck Greg - U will be missed!

IF THIS IS TRUE, I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO HAVE HIM BACK, BUT I'M STILL CONFLICTED. IF JJ DOES COME BACK, I HOPE THEY CAN CHANGE THE WAY LUCKY'S CHARACTER IS GOING. I LOVE LIASON. I LOVE JJ. OMG, I'm speechless! I loved JJ as Lucky and I was a huge Lucky and Elizabeth fan! They were the most romantic couple GH has ever seen!
This is THRILLING news! I NEVER liked Greg Vaughan as Lucky. No offense to him he is fine as hell but JJ has always been the most believable Lucky..Now I might actually start watching GH again!
