Not everyone is taking Melrose Place's recent firings as gracefully as Colin Egglesfield.

Jessica Simpson, whose sister Ashlee Simpson-Wentz will be off the CW remake after Episode 12, tweeted over the weekend: "Catching up on [Melrose Place]. Who writes this crap?"

The singer/actress added, "I have had bad scripts to work with, but this? Thank God my sister is amazing and got you some press."

While we're going to miss Ashlee's hilariously skulking character Violet, we don't know that we'd take things THAT far. Especially considering show savior Heather Locklear is returning to Melrose as Amanda Woodward on November 17th.
