"Guiding Light" Sneak Peek: Week of 7/6/09
How cool was it that Mindy, Michelle, and Danny returned for the big Bauer BBQ? We only wish they could stay longer ... well, we just wish "Guiding Light" could stay longer ...
So, on to next week:
It was a long walk home from the pharmacy for Natalia. Pregnancy test in hand, she couldn't fathom being with child. Sure enough, SHE IS! Unless it was an immaculate conception (hey, it hasn't been done before), it's Frank's baby. How is Olivia going to handle this? She won't really have a chance to find out because Natalia bolts outta town. It's Doris to the rescue, as she and Olivia team up to find Natalia.
It's Bill and Lizzie's wedding! Do it yourself-ers Bill and Lizzie are about to get hitched. Although they've worked hard to make everything just right, there are bound to be some issues -- especially when you don't have a wedding planner AND you live in Springfield. Look for some messy nuptial missteps at their upcoming ceremony. At least that's more fun for us!
So the Springfield cops aren't completely convinced that Edmund is alive after perpetrating one of the slickest body switcheroos we've ever seen -- but everyone else in town feels pretty sure about it. Next week, look for Marina and Mallet to get evidence that Edmund is indeed still walking the earth in the form of a very interesting letter.
And Dinah returns to town with some bad, bad news. As in, someone's dead.

I THINK ITS TERRIBLE. ITS MY FAVORITE. NOW THAT I'AM RETIRED I GET TO WATCH MY FAVORITE SHOWS.WELL WITHOUT GUIDING LIGHT, I WILL NOT WATCH ANY.THIS IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE CBS HAS EVER MADE.
what can i say that has not been said about cbs cancleing the guilding light . but i am with the others i will not watch cbs soaps or go on the computer with them either.You suck!!!!!!!!!! cbs
when will be guiding light last show i hate to see it go off the air i've watched this with my mom for many years stop the cancellations please..........................
No guiding light, no more cbs for me, i have watched them all for many years no more without guiding light
i have watched all the soaps on cbs for many years and guiding light is the best, why not get rid of of logan babes on b&b, that one sucks
I also see as others do that the cancellation of Guiding Light is a Mistake. I have truly enjoyed this soap opera through the years, even though I have not always been able to watch it everyday (work) but when I would get the chance I was there. So Please if it is not too late, then reconsider the plans for cancellation.

Cancellation of GUDING LIGHT is a huge mistake. I have thoroughly enjoyed looking at the show over the years- its refreshing and unlike the others. without GL no YR or ATWT for me.
I have watched the GUIDING LIGHT since it was first on for 15 minutes. I can't believe it's coming to an end. Say it isn't so. What in the world will I do without my favorite soap ? Is there any hope? We need THE GUIDING LIGHT. Please reconsider for all the BABY BOOMERS.
