Between the baby-napping, arranged marriages, and cop-punching, a lot went down this week on "General Hospital." The kidnapping of baby Jake was the big news, and we're not even sure how that's going to turn out just yet. And the Sonny/Claudia marriage certainly got off to a rocky start. But elsewhere, Carly launched her vendetta against Kate and Jax, Lulu returned to work at Crimson (to the baffling delight of Maxie), Robin got diagnosed with a case of the Baby Blues, and we all got to meet Aunt Raylene! It was a while week all over Port Charles (the Dominican Republic ... and Nadine's family farm), so let's get to it.
Funniest Moment: Lots to choose from here. While Spinelli reading from "The Odyssey" to calm baby Emma gave us a chuckle, the prevailing emotion there was sweetness. And watching the Quartermaines suffer under Tracy's post-breakup tyranny was good for a laugh too. But our favorite was watching Nikolas getting grilled by Nadine's uncle Vance and cousin Bo. We love Nik, and he's come a long way from the withdrawn, sullen Cassadine prince he was when he first moved to PC. But it's still fun to watch how uncomfortable he gets, sometimes, when he has to deal with the commoners. And Vance and Bo, God love 'em, are about as common as you can get. Their accusations that the "self-employed" Nik was a freeloader were great, but even better were their charges that he was "taking advantage" of poor Nadine, when in fact it's Nadine who has practically thrown a burlap sack over Nik's head and dragged him to the nearest altar. Welcome to life on the farm, your highness!
