General Hospital: Week in Review for September 21, 2009
Funniest Moment: Maxie's dream sequence to open Friday's show. Hands down. Maybe the funniest moment of the year. The way the scene builds, starting slowly, almost plausibly, with Jason and Spinelli about to accomplish some dangerous task or another. But then Jason said Spinelli was the toughest guy he knows. And gave him a gun. And suddenly, there was Maxie, barefoot and pregnant and lugging around two tiny Spinellis, and the penthouse was a total mess, and Spinelli was being a jerk, and clearly, this was Maxie's worst-case nightmare scenario of marriage. But Maxie's crazed subconscious wasn't done yet. Because then there was Lulu, all decked out and fashionista fabulous, living the life Maxie's always wanted for herself. And poor, addled Mac, whose sanity was done in my Maxie's bad marriage. Can we just all live inside Maxie's brain forever? That would be awesome.
WTH? Moment: OK, WTH was with Dante's cop buddy bringing his badge around the hospital, just to "remind him" what side of the law he's really working for. Dude! Not cool. Clearly, if Dante is a professional, you should trust him that his undercover work is just that -- work. But way to put Dante's life in danger, cop-partner guy! Doesn't he know that half the hospital employees are related to members of the mob? We're pretty sure that was in his Port Charles dossier.
Best Moment: All the Olivia/Johnny stuff this week was really strong. Usually, the whole "I have to pretend to not love you and break up for your own good!" storyline is totally annoying to us. But Olivia and Johnny pull it off, mostly because Johnny isn't buying it for one second. Don't you take our Jolivia away!

Sonny needs to meet someone NEW!!!! as for miss lulu n dominic LOVE IT very super sexy couple and pulling for a real romance in store for them. also christinas boyfriend is a real dush and i hope someone sees the real jerkoff he is, she deserves better!!! THIS STORY LINE SUCKS!! ELIZABETH IS THE LOVE OF HIS LIFE AND HAS JAKE...COME ON! AND STOP WITH OLIVIA AND JOHNNY...REALLY? THESE STORY LINE ARE HORRIBLE.. I'LL START WATCHING AGAIN IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS.
I like Lulu and Dominick together to. I liked Lulu with Johnny to,and I hated when they broke up,but now that Dominick has come on to the scene I think these two have super couple maybe written on them......both these actors are stand outs. I guess that's why they are so good together. Leave Robing and her husband along I wouldn't like it if they were to break up. I've watch Robin since she came onto the show when she was something like 5 years old....
I am so sick of Sonny and Claudia. (Writers) please put Sonny back with Carly or anyone just NOT Claudia! And please, please, please do not put Jason back with Sam. There's got to be someone else in Port Charles for Jason. Sam does not deserve Jason. I was hoping that her character would be written off of the show. She serves no purpose. I actually do like the twist with Elizabeth and Nicholas, she does not love Lucky so they shouldn't be together. That's old, let's get with something new (Elizabeth and Nicholas). The storyline is getting a bit drawn out with Dante (Dominique) and Olivia. Please let Sonny know that Dante is his son! Please!
I love Claudia and Sonny, when the writers give them good dialogue. For the record, I feel it is a mistake to write Claudia off, unless Sarah Brown is coming back as ANOTHER new character. Sarah Brown is a great soap actress to create two unforgettable roles on the same soap!! Sarah B. and Maurice B. have real CHEMISTRY!! I am still hoping Sonny will admit he "cares" for Claudia, and they have a lot of similarities. Sonny and Claudia are both eager for the truth, revenge and understand the MOB world.
on i hope that desity and matthew make a nice couple if they was to get together it would a good story line from red robin 26

Glad Spin saw the light and decided to not marry her(could've did it before getting to the altar though, but hey we need drama!)I know they love each other but we could all see that Maxie wuz just not ready to get married, she said it perferctly to Jason on Thursday's episode, she love Spin and wants to be with him and marry him one day she's just not ready to now! I think the best part of the week for me wuz every Jason and Sam moment! The looks that these to give each other and the chemistry they have is awesome! My reason for watching, I know its insane because its the SOAPS and they will eventually tear them apart but I can be hopeful! I also love how Sam is the one Michael calls for help with his memories makes u remember how she wuz such a big help when AJ kidnapped him, now she can help him again! I also loved the moment in Jax's office between Jason and Sam and not just the kiss or what they said but more of the hug! Just makes u remember how tender and sweet they where together!
Spinelli loves Maxie and Maxie loves Spinelli and they can live a madcap life together unmarried! Love wins the day even without the I do's.
I'm glad I got the chance to see Jason wearing the pink tie! It is great to get an occasional glimpse of the softer side of our mob enforcer every now and then! With Jason and Sam moving closer together we may get to see some more of the true romance that Jason is capable of.
