General Hospital: Week in Review for September 13, 2010
Funniest Moment: In a very sly, winking moment, GH made a most unlikely connection to a late-'90s Oscar-nominated movie. When Johnny was talking to Ethan and thought his pal was perhaps sticking up for Sonny, Johnny cracked, "You wanna sell crazy, sell it someplace else. We're all stocked up here." Johnny Zacchara: World's most unlikely fan of As Good As It Gets!
WTH? Moment: Carly had quite the week spent freaking out about Brenda. First, she badgered Jax into rescinding his offer for Brenda to be on the cover of Crimson. Then it was a veritable parade of un-self-aware statements about Brenda that could just as easily be true about Carly, including telling Jax that he and Sonny are constantly fighting over Brenda, "and she loves it!" Or telling Sam that "Jason's first obligation is to me and my kids." We do find Carly's self-centeredness a tiny bit charming, but it's mostly WTH-worthy.
Best Moment: Brenda and Carly on the phone! It happened so quickly, we barely had time to grab onto something bolted down. As high-pitched as the moment (and Carly's tone of voice) was, we also appreciated how it infused humor with the phone-tag among Carly, Michael, and Spinelli. And how great was it that knowing Carly was tied up in knots actually made Brenda start to warm up to Jason's presence?

It would be great if Brenda and Sam became great friends and bonded in a common dislike of Carly.
I COULD NEVER SEE JASON WITH ANY ONE BUT SAM. I SO WANT SAM AND JASON TO ACTUALLY GROW OLD TOGETHER. THEIR CHEMISTRY TOGETHER SHOULD BE BOTTLED AND SOLD.. WHEN JASON WAS WITH ELIZABETH I STOPPED WATCHING GENERAL HOSPITAL. ELIZABETH IS MUCH BETTER WITH LUCKY, OR EVEN NICK.
I enjoyed yesterdays episode. I like the way that they are having Jason finally see that Brenda is not just a spoiled brat. He is finally seeing the other side of Brenda that Jax and Sonny love about her. However, I don't want them to get together because I love Sam and Jason. I hope Sam will not get too jealous of Brenda becuase she is just as exciting and beautiful.

Brenda and Jason does have chemistry and i like watching them together
OMG !! I have loved every moment of Brenda and Jason's scenes this week. Vanessa and Steve's chemistry and comedic timing is as AWESOME as ever. BRAZEN Rocks !!!
I enjoyed the Jason & Brenda scenes. I actually watched live since I knew Jason would be without his bed buddy. They picked right up with the bickering and that is what I love about them. The Jason/Brenda/Carly/Spin/Michael phone tag was probably the funniest scene this week.
Carly is getting on my nerves already with her ownership of all things Sonny, Jax, Jason. It was just over the top. I plan to enjoy this week watching live because once Jason returns to Port Charles it will be back to not watching again.
I have to say I'm really enjoying the Patrick/Robin/Lisa storyline. Best one GH has but not understanding why you do not promote it.
Not digging this Irish storyline mostly I think its because JJ's horrible Irish accent ruins it for me. Although did see some sparks between him and the new female.
Nik & Brooklynn definitely have some chemistry. Nice to see finally since I haven't seen TC have any chemistry since Natalia played Emily.
i am so with cassymaxwell, Brenda still looks great and i can't wait for next week i am so excited she is back.
Brenda's age is not important people!!!!!!!! She is bringing well needed drama to the show. Carly is going crazy because of Brenda. Sonny and Jacks are finally thinking about someone other than Carly. Brenda's presence will put some jealousy back in Maxie's heart towards Spinelli. Having Brenda on the show regardless if she is in Port Charles or not is making the show exciting. I love the fact that Brenda is back to cause trouble for the women of Port Charles. It makes for good television.
Gosh do I feel like the red headed step child.
I'm enjoying the hospital story, being that this is General Hospital. Robin and Patrick have a great story going and Brianna Brown is doing a fantastic job as crazy Lisa.
I'm also enjoying the Nik and Brooklyn story.
I did like Lucky's monologue about finding God and am intrigued by the Ronan story. Hopefully the Balkan continues to be Lucky's case and doesn't get hijacked by Jason or Dante.
I'm fast forwarding the teenager formerly known as Brenda. This show already has one 40 yo woman running around like a crazy teen it doesn't need a second.
