Funniest Moment: Spinelli catching Diane breaking into his office. It was a funny scene, because all the scenes between those two are funny.
WTH? Moment: Elizabeth is seeing visions of Jake. How horrible for her -- how can she possibly start to move on with her life if she keeps seeing her little boy running around? No wonder she went running right into Lucky's arms (where Siobhan had a WTH moment of her own).
Best Moment: The silent treatment Lulu gave Luke at Kelly's earlier in the week was intense and deeply sad, seeing the lengths to which Lulu is willing to go to stand by her demand that Luke seek treatment.
Performer of the Week: Anthony Geary as Luke Spencer. Great scenes with Tracy this week, as well as some powerhouse work as Luke remembered his nightmarish childhood with an alcoholic father.
Why We Love General Hospital This Week: Great "Liason" scene on Friday, as Elizabeth and Jason took a moment to mourn the son they lost.

My favorite moments were the Elizabeth and Jason scenes, especially the Friday ones. They were so emotionally packed! I miss this couple being together romantically! Please put them back together, General Hospital writers! Their chemistry is unmatched. I also cried so much when Jake rode off on that little red motorcycle at Elizabeth's house in her vision. I loved the Jason dream of him and Jake on Jason's motorcycle. So cute!
