after years and years of loyalty to GH, I turn from it today for the very last time. I do not know WHAT the Writers were thinking killing off little Jake but I DO know, I will no longer be tuning in..hope this storyline was worth the # of disgusted loyal fans that are turning GH off and WILL NOT be tuning in again! The weriters should be fired..

I've been watching Gh for 40years. This will be the first time I' ve turned away from GH. When I hear they have new writers I'll return. those are very bad writer. killing Jake is not a story line. GH needs new writers...

well it's finally over. GH has finally severed my love affair with Port Charles and the residents. This killing of Jake is the worst thing in all of its history. A long time fan, like so many of us, and the crap we have been subjected too.
GH, our divorce is FINAL.

Elizabeth/Becky is more than ANY of her pairings. Fan of both Liason and LL2, and I'm still so happy that Becky is staying on! Friday's scenes are why she has always been my favorite actress on the show, and yes she certainly brought it. If she continues-hello emmy! I know her and Jon will be amazing, those two just have something special-they have that unique romantic chemistry that is truly amazing to watch. Steve will be amazing as well, I'm sure everyone will be awesome, but my eyes will be on Becky!! Liz fans support you girl, all story aside, we all fought for her, can't believe some would tune out just as she is being given a huge story that is wothy of her talent!! My biggest fear is that the story will be all about Jason. Liason fan too, but GH has gotten crazy with the mob centricity.

Well here we go again! Didn't we already do this storyline with Maxie getting her heart from BJ, If you are running out of things to write about may I suggest a new wrighter with fresh ideas!!!! It is just so repetitive and gets boring.

I can;t believe that the GH writers have decided to have Jake die. The loyal fans(I:m one over 30 years) are very upset & many will stop watching GH & once that happens it;s down hill for the soap.In this day & age many of the viewers are old timers. The young people are not watching daytime soaps.After deciding to keep Elizabeth(good decisionn) the writers then turn around anddecide to get rid of Jake.???It doesn;t make sense-it;s cruel.well. perhaps this is a good time for me to give up GH.

Its so low of GH to kill jake. why cant jason have his son. Why is everybody else allowed to have two or more kids while jason cant have one. Whats really going on with GH. You need to stop jerking around with people lives. I know its hard but why couldnt cameron go instead of jake. You guys need to fix this now. Sonny is allowed to be a father of four, Carly a mother of three, Alexis also. So why cant jason have one. I was so ready to for jake to turn to his father later in life & now you have ruin any chance of me seeing a good out come of that. What about the Quatermains?? Now the have to find out that one of their heirs is dead. Who really do they have to carry on the family name? Interlopers? Really GH fix this now.

It is so sad that the writers have to stoop this low and it is unnecessary to kill Jake. I think i'm done watching GH for awhile...

Here is my kind of dream storyline. Jake is not dead. Franco found out he was Jason's son and took him. The baby that got hit was not Jake.(sorry some other kid had to die).But Franco switched kids. Everyone believes Jake is dead . Sam and Jason get to have their baby. Lucky can stay with his irish chick. Liz and her boys gets kidnapped by Franco. He needs her help with Jake. Everyone in town believes she is off grieving for Jake. The writers could then show Franco's Romantic side. This is daytime after all even crazy, insane killers need love. Liz needs a storyline with a new man why not Franco. They could bond over art. I know I said I was tired of writers rewritting history. But I would eat my words if it would bring Jake back. I know not perfect story telling but away for the writers to save Jake and give some fan bases their happy endings. I don't want Jason with Sam. But I as a fan am willing to compromise let Jake live and you can do what you want with Jason and Sam. Jake gets to stay with Liz. Jason can have joint custody of him.
